Do you offer catering?
Our wedding venue offers the flexibility to work with any caterer of your choice, allowing you to create a menu that perfectly suits your taste and style. We do not have in-house catering or bartending services, but we have a list of trusted caterers and bartenders we recommend. You’re also welcome to hire your own vendors.. Whether you choose your own team or work with our trusted partners, we’re here to help make your day unforgettable.
Is there an event coordinator available?
As an optional service, let our experienced event coordinators are here to assist you every step of the way. From initial planning to day-of coordination, we ensure that your event runs seamlessly. Sit back, relax, and let us take care of all the details.

Do you require event insurance?
Yes, we require all clients to purchase day-of special event insurance to cover any potential liabilities.
Is alcohol allowed at the venue?
Yes, alcohol is permitted, but it must be served by a licensed bartender. We do not have a liquor license, so clients are responsible for ensuring all alcohol service complies with state and local laws.
How much is the deposit, and what are the payment terms?

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.

The remaining balance is due 60 days before your event.

A $500 damage deposit is also required 60 days prior. It will be refunded within 14 days after your event, provided no damages occur.

Are venue tours available?
Yes! We’d love to show you around. Contact us to schedule a private tour at a time that works best for you.
Can we have our rehearsal at Lakeshore Vineyards?
Absolutely! Our rental fee includes a 90-minute ceremony rehearsal, typically scheduled for the Thursday before your wedding.
Is there parking on-site?
Yes, we offer ample on-site parking for guests, including accessible parking spaces.
Do you allow pets?
We welcome pets for ceremonies and photos but require them to be leashed and cleaned up after. Pets are not permitted inside the barn.
Can we bring in our own decorations?
Yes, you’re welcome to personalize the space with your own decorations. However, we ask that you follow our guidelines to avoid damage:

No nails, screws, or staples on walls or furniture

No open flames (candles must be in enclosed holders)

No confetti, glitter, or artificial flower petals outdoors

Do you provide setup and cleanup services?
Yes! For events using our decoration packages, we take care of setup and cleanup for you. If you bring your own décor, you are responsible for setup and takedown within your 12-hour rental period.
What is the backup plan for bad weather?

What are the venue access times, and when is last call?

Venue Access: You have the venue reserved from 10:00 AM until 10:30 PM on the day of your event.

Alcohol Service: Must stop no later than 10:00 PM (or after a maximum of 6 hours of service, whichever comes first).

Music: Must stop by 10:00 PM to comply with noise ordinances.

Guest Departure: All guests must be off the property by 10:30 PM.

Cleanup: Final cleanup must be completed by 11:00 PM, unless special arrangements have been made.
